"I feel like a teenager again," Amanda whispered. She giggled just before Niels stole another kiss from her lips. The driver's seat was tilted back and Amanda sat atop Niels' lap. They were parked just off the main road, with a view of the ocean and the NYC skyline in the distance. Hours from home where Daphne had volunteered to look after the kids for the night. They hadn't quite planned their Valentines' Night. But rather, they'd just gotten into the car and driven. No particular palce to go. "Remember our first Valentines' Day?" Niels asked Amanda. She grinned at him. "I was 10. You gave me a box of delicious chocolates. And a cute card, I believe." She chuckled. "You were quite the romantic even back then." "I got it from my dad, I guess," Niels said with a sheepish smirk. Amanda laughed lightly. "I guess my mother would agree." They both exchanged looks of mock disgust before bursting into laughter. "Only we would mention our parents at a time like this," she said. She shook her head in disbelief before claiming another kiss from her lips. "Hmm," Niels whispered against her lips. "Allow me to distract you from those thoughts." Amanda sighed softly as Niels trailed little kisses and nibbles along her neck and jawline. "Distractions are more than welcomed..."
