I did have a great time at the zoo last week. The animal that really got my attention was the Artic Wolf, because it looks like my boyfriend's pet wolf. Artic Wolves live in the Tundra where it's cold and snowy, so they have thick fur. They are carnivores and eat meat, so they have sharp teeth for ripping into their prey. Knowing all of that, it's actually frightening that my boyfriend has this as a pet, but wild animals can be domesticated. If raised from pups, wolves can be just like normal pet dogs, except much larger. But if you think about it, doesn't a Siberian Husky look a lot like a wolf? Ít's said that dogs are descendants of wolves, so that may explain the family resemblance. My poem: Ode to Ghost So fluffy and white, what I love the most is that you cause me no fright. Comments #1. Remind me of that when we can see each other, so you can play with him *winks*
